Our diagnostic visit is $120 plus GST. That fee sends a licensed Red Seal technician to your home for a full on-site assessment. Rather than working from a phone description, the technician inspects the issue directly, identifies the likely root cause, and presents every repair option at a flat rate before any work begins. Our vans carry many common parts and materials, so same-day completion is possible in many cases. When specialty parts are required, the technician explains what’s needed and walks you through your options before anything moves forward.
If you proceed with approved work during the visit, the diagnostic fee is waived. For larger projects like water heater replacement, we provide a transparent estimate before installation begins. The quoted price is the approved price. Most work we complete comes with a one-year parts and labour warranty on parts we supply and install. After the job is done, the technician takes photos where needed and sends an instant invoice with a PDF copy and attached job photos.
