Quan Plumbing and Heating is a local residential plumbing and heating company built on workmanship, trust, and a higher standard of service.
We are a hands-on team that takes pride in the details: clean workmanship, clear communication, honest recommendations, and treating every home with respect. Whether we are repairing a leak, replacing a water heater, servicing a boiler, or upgrading a plumbing system, our goal is to do the work properly and leave homeowners feeling confident in the service they received.
Our Story
Before founding Quan Plumbing and Heating, Anthony Quan built his foundation in the trade through a hands-on apprenticeship with his father, Henry Quan, who brought nearly thirty years of plumbing experience and taught him the importance of honest, reliable work for homeowners.
With that foundation, Anthony went on to earn his Red Seal Plumbing Certification and Gas B ticket, then started Quan Plumbing and Heating to build a residential service company focused on clean workmanship, clear communication, and a more seamless homeowner experience.
Today, that same focus carries through our team. From the first call to the final cleanup, we take pride in clear communication, clean workmanship, and showing respect for every home we work in so homeowners can feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

Our mission is to raise the standard for residential plumbing and heating service in Metro Vancouver by delivering honest recommendations, clean workmanship, and a service experience homeowners can feel confident in.
We believe good service is about more than fixing the issue. It is about showing respect for the home, communicating clearly, protecting the space we work in, and completing the job properly from start to finish.
Because we work in homes across Metro Vancouver, we understand the range of properties in this area, from older homes with aging piping to newer homes with more modern mechanical systems. That experience helps us provide practical solutions, clear options, and workmanship that is done with care.
