Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Yes. We charge a $120 + GST diagnostic fee to send a licensed technician to your home, inspect the issue, and provide repair options. If you proceed with approved work during the visit, the diagnostic fee is waived.
-
What is your process?
Once you call or request service online, our office will help book you in for a diagnostic visit. You will receive a text and email confirmation once the appointment is scheduled, along with an en-route text when our technician is on the way.
A licensed technician will arrive on-site, inspect the issue, explain what is happening, and provide upfront flat-rate repair or replacement options. If you approve the work during the visit, the diagnostic fee is waived.
In many cases, we are able to complete the work the same day because our service vans carry many common parts and materials. If specialty parts are required, we will explain the next steps and provide options.
After the work is completed, we take photos where needed, provide an instant invoice with a PDF copy and attached job photos, and process payment on-site. A receipt is emailed right away once payment is complete.
Most work comes with a 1-year parts and labour warranty on parts supplied and installed by Quan Plumbing and Heating. Exclusions apply, including drain cleaning, customer-supplied parts, pre-existing issues, concealed piping, and manufacturer-specific warranty terms.
-
Are your technicians licensed and insured?

How does your pricing work?

-
What services do you offer?
We provide residential plumbing, heating, and drainage services, including water heaters, boilers, furnaces, drain cleaning, leaks, faucets, toilets, and fixture repairs.
-
Do you service condos and townhomes?
Yes. We service individual residential units, including condos, townhomes, duplexes, and houses. We do not service strata common areas, building-wide systems, or common property plumbing.
-
Do you service commercial properties?
Our main focus is residential plumbing and heating service. Commercial work is reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the property, scope of work, and scheduling availability. Feel free to call or email our team, and we can let you know if it is something we are able to take on.
